In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Member is permitted to hold only one active tc999 account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tc999 will close all but the first verified account and may forfeit balances held across duplicate accounts.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tc999 login credentials, including your username and password. 4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. tc999 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. Members will be notified in advance before any dormancy fee is applied.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. tc999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are held exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tc999 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the selected payment method and may be communicated at the time of the deposit transaction.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to a Member's tc999 account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the issuing bank.

5.4 Deposit Integrity. All funds deposited into a tc999 account must be from a payment method that is registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered Member — are strictly prohibited. tc999 reserves the right to return funds and suspend accounts where third-party deposits are identified.

6.1 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed via the same payment method used for the Member's most recent qualifying deposit. tc999 does not disburse withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered under the Member's verified name.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance reaches the minimum.

6.3 Processing Times. tc999 targets a withdrawal processing time of five (5) minutes for approved requests directed to mobile wallet accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

6.4 Verification Requirement. tc999 reserves the right to require a Member to complete identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal. Required documents may include a national identification card, passport, or utility bill. Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until satisfactory verification is provided.

6.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only the real-money component of a balance that is eligible under these requirements may be withdrawn.

6.6 Right to Investigate. In circumstances where tc999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, tc999 may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request pending investigation. tc999 will communicate the reason for any such hold to the Member concerned within a reasonable timeframe.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. tc999 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the point of offer. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. 7.5 Changes to Promotions. tc999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Members will be notified of material changes to active promotions wherever reasonably practicable.

8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on tc999 are subject to acceptance by tc999. tc999 reserves the right to decline any bet or restrict the maximum stake available on any market without providing a reason. A bet is only confirmed and binding once a unique bet reference number has been issued to the Member.

8.2 Odds and Prices. Odds displayed on tc999 are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. The odds recorded at the time the bet reference is issued constitute the final agreed price for that wager. tc999 is not liable for losses arising from odds movements between a Member viewing a price and the bet being accepted.

8.3 Obvious Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, tc999 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Member's account. Winnings derived from obviously erroneous odds are not payable.

8.4 Settled Bets. Once a bet has been settled, the outcome is final unless tc999 determines that it was subject to an obvious error as defined in Clause 8.3, or that a result has been subsequently reversed by the relevant sporting authority. tc999 follows official sporting body rulings on result reversals.

8.5 In-Play Betting. In-play markets are subject to fast-changing conditions. tc999 operates a short latency delay on in-play bet acceptance. Any bet placed during a period when live data was demonstrably unavailable or in error may be voided at tc999's discretion.
